Most who went to volunteer for China went for the teach english abroad. China is now the biggest market for teaching English. The Lantern Festival is celebrated on the first month of the lunar year and on the 15th day. It wrap up all the series of events that has been started in the New year. Lantern Festival is the equal of the Three Kings festival. But the similarities ends there for they have different reasons for celebration.
For the Lantern Festival 2010 it became the most international festival in the history of China as it is celebrated together with the different race and tourist coming from all the world. Foreigners that work abroad joins the celebration by making their own homemade lanterns.

The Lantern Festival is seen as a Romantic Festival when its meaning changes and transform through the years. At first, it was a festival for families and now for choosing a partner. Thus, it is their belief that a person with most brightest lantern will have hope and good luck in abundance this year.
